Characteristics:
The 3-storey Fringe Club is bounded by the sloping Wyndham Street and Lower Albert Road in Central. The red brown and white brick colonial building contrasts against the modern streets nearby. Built in 1892, the Grade 1 historic building was used as a cold-storage warehouse. Since its establishment in 1984, the Fringe Club has been providing a contemporary arts space for artists and performers alike. The Anita Chan Lai-ling Gallery provides a spacious exhibition area. Whilst the bar and lounge areas have a modern vibe with its contrasting bright colours, the jazz and cabaret space has retained some features from its colonial days including the tiled floor and overhead fans. It has a small stage and can host around 70 people.

Facilities:
Gallery, bar and lounge, cafe, balcony seating area, black-box studio, roof garden, etc
